Grand Canyon

We kept hoping we'd see a mountain lion here.  We never did (except the stuffed one in the gift shop!), but we did see an whole herd of elk right by the side of the road, as well as many other small wonders in the midst of this great one.

The first day, we hiked a lot of the rim trail.  We came back a couple of days later, and walked about 2 miles (and 1000 feet) down below the rim.
